We lost the first match to Springfield, which i find it really disappointing. Nevrtheless, on your second match, you gurls get back on ur feets…n we won against Agape. i believe we have improved despite the short time together. But we still have ALOT to catch up on…

Pls ladies, do your own trainings. do your own workout. its for ur own benefit. wich inturn for the team!!!

Now, my expectation of the team is NO MORE LOSSES… ALL WIN from now on!!!! we can make it…FOR the FUTURE!!!

As most of you know, there will be a friendly match this wed…but due to their indecisiveness, the friendly match will be postponed to the following week.
That will be the following wednesday, 16june @ RP @ 7pm.
So i will have to ask you gurls again to confirm the attendance with your respective msg sender.
Pls pls i beg u gurls do reply and spare me the headache.

Training Rules & Regulations

First and foremost, i would like to thanks those who came down and participate in the 4 on 4 tournament. Great effort from both teams, Armadas Revolt & Revenge. And congrats to Armadas Revenge for qualifying into the semi-finals.

The committee has decided to implement certain rules & regulations for the benefits of the team.
1) Players are to wear proper tops & shorts. No singlet/ tank top allowed. Shorts are to be appropriate length. (FBT sexy shorts not allowed)
2) No ankle socks are allowed. All players to wear long socks.
3) No eating /drinking in court.
4) No accessories allowed. ( eg, watches, rings, bracelet)
4) Late comers will be severely dealt with. Set up the boards together, Keep the boards together. This has been an issue for some time, if you dare, do come late.
These rules are of immediate effect.

Hope you girls could give 110% during training. We are on the process of negotiating for a coach. Probably we could have one by July…and with that we have limited time to train for the league which is expected to start in August.

To the new players, are to read up on the rules of the floorball game, you will be tested indivually when you girls come for training. hope you girls do your own homework and practice.

Training as usual this Sun, 2-5pm. Osha will be out of town till Sat. So Ayu, Irah, Sue & Wan, msg me(ZANA) for the attendance by Fri night. The rest reply to your sender appropriately as per chart by FRIDAY night.

Training will be cancelled this weekend due to the 4-on-4 tournament.
The two teams representing Armadas are Armadas Revenge & Armadas Revolt. Would really appreciate those not participating to give us your support.
