Minutes for the previous meetings on 13 March 2008.
Decisions made were:
Training Schedules
Trainings will be conducted according to the following information. Otherwise, prior notice will be given for any changes in schedule.
Floorball Trainings
Day: Sundays
Time: 1400hrs – 1800hrs
Venue: Singapore Polytechnic Sports Hall
Physical Trainings
Day: Tuesdays
Time: 1930hrs – 2000hrs
Venue: Singapore Polytechnic Stadium
Do take note that attendance is compulsory for ALL training sessions unless notified. We take punctualities very seriously and those who are late will have to pay an additional late fine which will be mentioned below.
Those who will be late/absent & with a good excuse that cannot be negotiated, please inform our Secretary, Miss Siti Nuryani a.k.a Abg Yani in ADVANCED (min 1 day) so that the rest will be informed of your absence / late presence.
Club Fund
It is our responsibility to play our part for the team not only in games but also financially so that we can use them for buying equipments/ paraphernalia / even for future trips & outings / gatherings. Therefore, we will each play our part by paying the following amount accordingly to your employment status;
Graduates/Working Adults: $5.00
Current SP Students: $3.00
Please take note that payment of fund is irregardless of attendance.
Since punctuality is taken seriously, a late fine will also be imposed so that we can carry out trainings without interruptions & that everyone will benefit from trainings fairly.
Late Fine: $1.00
Committee Members
We have also updated the fellow committee members (refer to The Team section) and hope that not only the committees will carry out their duties, but also everyone else to be involved in making this team successful & united as one.
Rules & Regulations
Without rules, things can go out of hand & haywire. Therefore, we have imposed rules that everyone will HAVE to abide and no excuses will be given. Please refer to the Rules section to study our rules & regulations in Court.
Punishments will be given accordingly by the Coach / President / Captains and hopefully, none of that will happen. *prays* We believe that we are all adults, therefore, we should be responsible & understand the consequences of our actions.
With full co-operation, hopefully, nothing unpleasant will happen. 
Miscellaneous
Everyone MUST bring TWO balls to EVERY TRAINING as we do not have a collection of balls for our club (yet).
